A Little Bit About Kathy…
Kathy Marlowe retired her Rhode Island snow shovel in 1994 and has been enjoying the Florida sunshine ever since. She became a licensed Realtor in 2000, allowing her to utilize her 25 + years of customer service expertise and extensive experience in the demanding field of corporate relocations. The knowledge that she has acquired allows her to provide the special individual attention and complete understanding to meet the needs of her clients, and any encounters that may arise in today’s complex real estate market. Kathy’s mission is to enhance the buying and selling experience through the use of cutting-edge technology without losing the personal touch.
After working 9 years for the corporate brokerages, Kathy obtained her Broker’s License in 2009 and opened Kathy Marlowe & Associates Realty. This
boutique brokerage has allowed her to provide each and every customer the focus and consideration they need in today’s challenging market. Whether buying or selling Kathy has the knowledge to exceed each client’s expectations with superior service every step of the way.
She has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)(an accomplishment that only 4% of Realtors nationwide has achieved) and e-PRO designations along with becoming a Platinum Certified REO/Short Sale Specialist. In addition to these achievements, Kathy has consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has received numerous awards including the Sarasota Magazine 5 Star Client Satisfaction Award and the RE/MAX 100% Club Award.
